Each type of rental or extended stay situation carries with it some distinct features that are important to keep in mind for your next Miami vacation.
Typically, true South Beach aparthotels and other extended stay facilities are geared toward guests who intend to use the property for around one week. If you need to be in the area for longer, most facilities are more than happy to accommodate you and offer value pricing for longer stays. Rather than simply multiplying the weekly rate by the number of weeks that you intend to remain on the premises, most facilities use a sliding scale that is slightly cheaper.
Miami Beach accommodations that offer short-term rentals typically involve stays that are less than six months in duration. Any stay over six months is generally considered a long-term rental.
