This superb vacation homes (2800 Sqf) is located in the exclusive area gated community of Sans Souci. Sans Souci is a small island located 5mn of Bal Harbour, 10 mn of Aventura and 15 mn of Miami Beach.

This very Miami "Architect's house" will make its guests comfortable and at large in a lofty atmosphere, it has 3 bedrooms 3 baths. The house was fully gutted out and rebuilt in 2004.

When entering the vacation home, we are getting directly into a lofty living room in the center, the high ceiling and the large doors and windows attract the surrounding light. The decor is elegant and minimalist. To the right of the living sits the large warm kitchen with its long "Delano" type dinner table. Follows the dining room, that overlooks the pool, the deck and the canal.

The 3 bedrooms are located to the left of the house, the wooden floor make them very cozy. Their style is very Miami very colorful and full of joy and happiness.First bedroom, the yellow room opens up in a small tropical patio, and it's furnished with a large queen size bed, its bathroom includes a shower. 2nd bedroom, the green room features 2 small beds; its bathroom is in the hallway and includes a shower. 3rd bedroom, the master is large and opens up in the patio and offers canal views, its bathroom is modern offering a very large shower and a bath.

This vacation villa has a lot of character; the garden is very pleasant with a great pool and a nice garden. Guest will unwind immediately and relax either on the lounge chairs or in the pool.

The outdoors is stunning; the swimming pool faces the canal and is just perfect to spend great holidays. Guests will either sunbath on a lounge chair, or plunge into the pool. This property can accommodate up to 8 people. The vacation villa has a double car garage.
