The newly-remodeled Bennett building sits on Washington Avenue which is the main commercial street in South Beach. Our South Beach holiday apartments within this 1920’s Art Deco building are within walking distance to Lincoln Road, famous Ocean Drive, Espanola Way and the Atlantic Ocean. Guests of the Bennett will enjoy the lovely rooftop terrace and sundeck.

Miami Beach extended stay unit 303 is bright and spacious with 509 square feet of space. This one bedroom apartment has exquisite interiors and top of the line finishes with hardwood floors throughout. It has contemporary furnishings that include a sofa and entertainment center with a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and a stereo.  There is a dinette set that will seat four people and the open kitchen has European cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There is a queen-size bedroom set in the master bedroom. The bathroom has natural stone floors and walls with a Duravitt sink and walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead.
