The Paradise vacation villa is located on the beautiful gated community of Keystone Point. This Island is just at a 5 minutes drive of Bal Harbour, 10 from Aventura and 20 from South Beach. The surroundings of Keystone offer plenty of grocery shopping and restaurants.

This 4 bedrooms, 3 baths vacation home measures approximately 2,600 SQF and was renovated in November 2005.The Paradise villa is very comfortable, furnished with contemporary furniture.

When entering in the short term vacation villa to the right the open dining room opens up in a double living room.The last part of the living room provides a nice view of the pool and the patio. Centrally situated is the cozy kitchen, adjacent is located the TV room that is also equipped with a sofa bed. To the right of the living areas, the home offers the four bedrooms.

The 1st bedroom with its renovated bathroom opens up on the pool; it is equipped with 2 beds.

The 2d bedroom is the master features a large king bed and its marble bathroom (tub) overlook the charming back yard.

The 3d bedroom and the 4 bedroom (opening up on the pool) feature large queen and king beds. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

This South Beach, all furnished vacation home will comfortably accommodate 10 guests, the large pool patio area is perfect for guests that desire to relax, sip a drink or eat outside, and the free internet access is a little extra very useful for you to be connected at all times.
