Unit D is one of four condos for rent in Miami at L’etoile. These Miami Beach extended stay apartments are located in a charming two-story building with a private pool and parking upon request. Unit D is located on the second floor and has one bedroom and one bath. It is 650 square feet of living space and will sleep up to four people.

This unit has high ceilings with exposed wood beams and hardwood flooring throughout. The living room has the original 1930’s faux fireplace, a couch, futon-sofa, coffee table, plasma TV with DVD player and small stereo. The dining room has a modern dinner table with four chairs. From this room you can access the kitchen which is fully equipped with all white appliances.

 
There is a queen-size bed with night table and dresser in the master bedroom. There is also an in-room safe for quests to secure their valuable items. The newly renovated bathroom has marble vanity and glass enclosed shower.

All condos for rent in Miami at L’etoile are offered with free Wi-Fi Internet and free local dialing.  Guests of these Miami Beach extended stay apartments will have access to the building’s coin operated washers and dryers.  Additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee. 

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
