Unit A is one of four South Beach Miami rentals located within L'etoile. It is 1,200 square feet and the largest of our Miami south beach lodging apartments located in this charming two-story building. Unit A has two bedrooms, two baths plus an additional den with a full size bed. It is located on the first floor and will sleep up to eight people.

Unit A has is tastefully decorated with a couch, a fold-out futon and coordinating chairs. The living room also has a plasma TV, DVD player and a stereo. Between the living room and the kitchen is a dining room with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including double sinks and all black appliances. Behind the kitchen is a small den with full-size bed that can be used as a third bedroom.
 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, leather chair, dresser and an in-room safe in the closet.  This bedroom has two doors that lead to the backyard pool deck. The master bathroom has marble counters and a glass enclosed shower.  The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The second bathroom also has marble counters and a shower.

Guests will have access to the building’s coin activated washers and dryers. Additional cleaning services are available for a small fee.  South Beach Miami rentals at L’etiole have Wi-Fi Internet and free local calling. Free concierge services are offered with all of our Miami South Beach lodging rentals.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
