Unit 5 has trendy modern furniture that includes a futon-sofa, leather chairs and a dining table that seats six people. There is also a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with two stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with marble counter tops and a dishwasher.

Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen-size beds, a night table and a dresser. The master bedroom has a combination safe so guests can secure their belongings. The bathroom beige tiles and a combination bath tub and shower.
