There are six South Beach holiday apartments located at Hispaniola House, a Mediterranean style, Art Deco building in South Beach. This historic building is ideally located just five blocks from the ocean. Unit 4 is a 900 square foot, two bedroom, one bath Miami Beach extended stay apartment.

It is located on the ground floor and will sleep up to six people.

Unit 4 has an eclectic modern décor that includes two futon-sofas a dinette set with four chairs an LCD TV, DVD player and stereo. Separating the living room from the kitchen from is a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen has marble counter tops and a European style clothes washer and dryer.

Unit 4 has a queen-size bed, night stands and a dresser in the master bedroom. The closet has a combination safe so guests may store their valuables. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has been completely redone using beige marble and designer fixtures that include am Italian marble vanity and shower with a rainfall shower head.
 
South Beach holiday apartments at Hispaniola House are secured with coded entry doors and 24 hour camera surveillance. Guests of this Miami Beach extended stay apartment will receive free local dialing and free Wi-Fi Internet. 

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
