Hispaniola House is a historic building located in the heart of South Beach’s Art Deco district. It is home to six of our extended stay Miami South Beach lodging apartments. These places to rent in Miami sit at the end of Espanola Way, a "The Historic Spanish Village." Unit 3 is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with 600 square feet of living space. This first floor apartment will sleep up to four people.

Unit 3 has modern furnishings that include a futon-sofa, a dinette set with three chairs, a 32’ plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven and a coffee maker.

There is a queen-size bed, night table, a dresser and a new 32’ plasma TV in the bedroom. The closet has a combination safe for guests to store their valuables. The bathroom has a designer vanity sink and a shower with a rainfall shower head. Guests will have access to the building’s coin operated washers and dryers.

All of our places to rent in Miami have free Wi-Fi Internet and free local dialing. Additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee with all Miami South Beach lodging units at Hispaniola House.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
