Hispaniola House is a historic Art Deco building and home to six of our condos in Miami for vacation. The Miami Beach extended stay rentals in this Historic Art Deco building are located in the heart of South Beach just blocks from the beach. Unit 2 is a 900 square foot, two bedroom apartment. It is located on the first floor and will sleep up to six people.

In the living room there is a futon-sofa which can be used to sleep two more people. There is also a plasma TV with DVD player. You can access the unit’s private outdoor terrace from sliding glass doors in the living room. This terrace is furnished with a table and four patio chairs. Through the living room and up a few stairs is a dinette set that seats four people. The kitchen has marble counter tops and is fully equipped with all white appliances.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a night table, dresser and a flat screen TV. In the closet is a combination safe for guests to secure their valuables. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has designer fixtures that include a European style vanity sink and a combination bathtub and shower.

Guests of Hispaniola’s Miami Beach extended stay apartments will have access to the building’s coin operated washers and dryers. Additional cleaning services may be requested for a small fee. Free local dialing and Wi-Fi Internet are available in all of our condos in Miami for vacation.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
