Only 10 minutes of Miami Beach and 5 minutes of Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour, this Magnificent two stories vacation home is located at Miami Shores, just one block of the bay. It has stunning marble and wood floors. Entering the house you will see this phenomenal Hall, and on your right, you will a TV room, very comfortable, equipped with a Sofa, Flat Screen TV, full of light, overlooking the swimming pool.

The Kitchen is just next to the elegant dinning room that has a bow window, with modern warm wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a lot of light, looking over the pool area very spacious equipped with a sofa bed that will accommodate more people if need it. The house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds and very cute bathroom with a shower set on the first floor.

The Master bedroom is huge with a large king size bed and wood flooring with a wonderful bathroom with a tub and a walk in closet. The third bedroom and forth bedroom have a queen size bed with nice windows, and they share a bathroom equipped with a shower and two lavatories.

The outdoor area is ideal to enjoy what Miami had the best to offer, The Sun! The swimming pool is cover and also can be heated if you wish; you also will find a barbecue area with a table to enjoy with your friends and family.
