There are sixteen condos in Miami for vacation located at the Courtyard. These Miami Beach extended stay apartments are centered around a tropical garden courtyard. Unit 1542-8 is a 950 square foot, junior three bedroom apartment located on the second floor. It will sleep up to eight people with the use of the futon-sofa in the living room.

The living room of this unit has its original Art Deco faux fireplace, a couch and a futon-sofa.  There is also a dinette seat that seats four and a flat screen cable TV. Through sliding doors in the living room you can access a den which has been converted into a third bedroom. This third bedroom has a futon-sofa bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night tables and an in-room safe. There is a door from this bedroom that leads outside to the private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The full bathroom has a combination bath tub and shower with rainfall shower head.  Guest may access the building’s coin activated washers and dryers.

All of our Miami Beach extended stay rentals at the Courtyard are offered with free local dialing and free Wi-Fi. These condos in Miami for vacation are secured with coded entry gate and 24-hour video cameras.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
