Unit 1542-7 is just one of sixteen places to rent in Miami at The Courtyard. This 950 square foot, junior, three bedroom one bath apartment is located in the North building on the ground floor. It will sleep up to eight people with use of the den, which was converted into a third bedroom, and the futon sofa-bed in the living room.

Unit 1542-7 has a cozy décor that includes the building’s original faux fireplace. There is also a couch, futon-sofa and a table with four chairs that can be used for dining. For your entertainment there is a flat screen cable TV, DVD player and a stereo. Past the living room is the den which has been converted into a third bedroom with a full-size bed. From this third bedroom there is a door that leads to the fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a safe in the closet for guests to secure their valuables.  From this master bedroom you can access the private outdoor terrace which overlooks the courtyard. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds. The bathroom has European style fixtures that include a designer vanity sink and shower with rainfall showerhead.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
