Unit 1540-4 is one of sixteen Miami Beach extended stay rentals located in The Courtyard. It is located on the second floor of the North building. This South Beach holiday apartment is a junior two bedroom with  650 square feet of space. It will sleep up to six people comfortably with the use of the futon-sofa in the living room.

The living room has two oversized black leather couches. One of the couches folds out and will sleep two people. Next to the original Art Deco faux fire place is a plasma TV with DVD player and a stereo. There is also a modern dinette table and four chairs.  Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This second bedroom has a convertible futon sofa bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is also through these sliding doors.

The master bedroom has trendy furnishings that include a queen-size bed, night tables and dresser. The spacious closet has a combination safe for our guests to store their valuables. From the bedroom you can access the private second floor balcony that overlooks the central courtyard. The European style bathroom has new designer fixtures including a shower with Italian rainfall shower head.

All South Beach holiday apartments at the Courtyard are offered with free Wi-Fi and free local dialing.  All of our Miami Beach extended stay rentals have 24-hour video surveillance cameras for your protection.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
