Unit 1540-3 is located on the ground floor of the North building. It is a junior, two bedroom vacation rental with 650 square feet of living space. It will sleep six people with use of the futon sofa-bed.

Unit 1540-3 has contemporary furnishings that include a futon-sofa, love seat and modern dinette set. Above the original 1930’s faux fireplace is a flat screen cable TV. There is also a DVD player and a stereo. Through the living room in the hallway there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a convertible futon sofa bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser and two night tables. It also has a plasma TV with cable and an in-room safe.  From this bedroom you can access the private balcony that overlooks the central courtyard. The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include an Italian shower stall with rainfall shower head.
