This junior two bedroom apartment is located on the second floor in the front of the building. It will sleep up to six people with the use of the futon-sofa in the living room.

Unit 1540-2 has a stylish modern décor that includes a futon-sofa, two modern swivel chairs and a dinette set that seats four. There is also a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. Past the living room is a small den which has been converted into a second bedroom with a full-size bed. The door to the fully equipped kitchen is in this second bedroom.

The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, coordinating night tables, dresser and an in-room safe that guests can use to secure their valuables. From the bedroom there is a door leading out to the private balcony. The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include an Italian shower stall with rainfall shower head.

All of our condos for rent in Miami at the Courtyard are offered with free local dialing and free Wi-Fi. The Courtyard building has 24-hour video cameras and a coded entry gate.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
