The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room. 

Unit 1540-1 is one of sixteen condos for rent in Miami at the Courtyard. This 650 square foot, junior two bedroom is on the ground floor of the North building and has its own private terrace. It will sleep six people with use of the futon sofa-bed in the living room. This Miami Beach extended stay apartment has a nice décor with modern furnishings. 

Unit 1540-1 has a futon-sofa, leather chair and contemporary dinette set that seats four people in the living room. Above the original, Art Deco faux fireplace is a flat screen cable TV. There is also a DVD player and a stereo. Through the living room in the hallway there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a convertible futon sofa bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

The master bedroom has a queen-size platform bed, dresser, night table and a TV. There is also an in-room safe in the closet. From the master bedroom there is a door that leads to a private terrace with a table and two chairs. The newly remodeled bathroom has European fixtures that include a designer vanity and an Italian shower stall with rainfall showerhead.

Our Miami Beach each extended stay apartments at the Courtyard are offered with free local dialing and free Wi-Fi Internet.  The Courtyard has 24 hour surveillance cameras and a secured entry gate.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
