Unit 1538-8 is one of sixteen South Beach Miami rentals located at the Courtyard. This 950 square foot junior, three bedroom is on the second floor of the North building. It will sleep eight people with the use of the den, which is now the third bedroom, and the futon sofa-bed. This Miami south beach lodging apartment has a trendy modern décor.

>Unit 1538-8 has a leather couch, leather futon sofa-bed, and a modern dinette set that seats four people. Adding character to the living room is the original 1930’s faux fireplace. There is also a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a dining table with four chairs. Through two sliding doors in this room you can access the den which has been converted into a third bedroom with a full-size bed. From this third bedroom you enter the fully equipped kitchen.

There is a rich dark wood bedroom set with queen-size bed in the master bedroom. It includes a dresser and night table. The closet has an in-room safe for guests to use.  The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with night table and dresser.  The new European bathroom has designer fixtures that include an Italian shower stall with rainfall shower head.
