Unit 1538-7 is one of sixteen Miami Beach extended stay rentals located within this Art Deco building. These condos in Miami for vacation are built around a central tropical courtyard. This 950 square foot, junior three bedroom is in the South building on the ground floor. It will sleep eight people with use of the den, which has been converted into a third bedroom, and the futon sofa-bed in the living room.

Unit 1538-7 is tastefully decorated preserving its historic flare with an original 1930’s faux fireplace in the living room. There is also a futon-sofa, flat screen TV with cable and a dining table with six chairs. A door from the living room leads out to the private terrace which overlooks the courtyard.  Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a third bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this third bedroom.

 
The master bedroom is very spacious with a queen-size bed, night tables and dresser.There is an in-room safe in the closet for guests to store their valuables. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a dresser and night tables. The new European style bathroom has designer vanity and an Italian shower tower with a rainfall showerhead.

Our Miami Beach each extended stay apartments at the Courtyard are offered with free local dialing and free Wi-Fi Internet. The Courtyard has 24 hour surveillance cameras and a secured entry gate.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
