The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room.

Unit 1538-6 is one of sixteen South Beach holiday apartments located at the Courtyard. This 650 square foot, junior two bedroom is on the second floor of the North building and has a small balcony off the back master bedroom. It will sleep up to eight people with the use of the futon-sofa in the living room. This Miami Beach extended stay apartment is cozy with modern furnishings and décor.

Unit 1538-6 has a plush couch, a futon-sofa and contemporary dinette seat with four chairs. For your entertainment there is a flat screen cable TV, DVD player and a stereo. From the living room there is a door that leads to the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This second bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

The master bedroom has a queen-size platform bed with a dresser and two nigh tables. The spacious closet has an in-room safe for guests to secure their valuables. From the master bedroom you can access a small balcony equipped with a table and two chairs. The newly remodeled bathroom has European fixtures that include designer vanity and Italian shower stall with rainfall showerhead.

Guests of our South Beach holiday apartments at the Courtyard will enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet and free local dialing. The Courtyard has 24 hour surveillance cameras and a secured entry gate.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
