This historic Art Deco building is home to sixteen South Beach lodging apartments. These charming places to stay in Miami are centered around the building’s lush tropical courtyard. Unit 1538-5 is on the first floor in the South building. It is a junior two bedroom apartment with 650 square feet of space. It will sleep up to six people with the use of the converted den which is now a second bedroom and the futon-sofa in the living room.
Unit 1538-5 has modern furnishings with hardwood flooring throughout. The living room has an original faux-fireplace, leather sofa bed, end table and modern dining table that will seat four people. This vacation rental has cable TV, a DVD player, stereo and Wi-Fi internet. From the living room through sliding doors you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is through this second bedroom.
There is a queen-size, platform bed, night table and matching dresser in the master bedroom. There is a door that leads to a small outdoor terrace from the master bedroom. The bathroom was recently remodeled and has beige tile from the floor to ceiling and a combination bathtub and shower. An in room safe has been installed in the bedroom closet for guests to store their valuables.
All of Miami Habitat’s South Beach lodging rentals have free local dialing. Places to stay in Miami at the Courtyard are secured with 24-hour video cameras and coded entry gate.
We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
