The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room. 

The Courtyard building has sixteen condos in Miami for vacation and is just blocks from the beach. These Miami Beach extended stay apartments are centered around an oasis of tropical greenery. Unit 1536-4 is located in the North building on the second floor. It is a junior, two bedroom and one bath apartment with 650 square feet of living space. It will sleep six people with the use of the den, which has been converted to a second bedroom, and the futon sofa-bed in the living room.

In the living room unit 1536-4 has a plush sofa, futon sofa-bed and a dinette set that seats four people. For your entertainment there is a plasma cable TV with DVD player. There is a door in the living room that opens up to the balcony which overlooks the central courtyard. From the living room, through two sliding doors, you can access the den which has been transformed into a second bedroom with a full-size bed. Through this second bedroom is the door to the fully equipped kitchen.

There is a queen-size bed with coordinating dresser and night table in the master bedroom. In the closet is a combination safe for guests to secure their valuables. The bathroom has been redone using white tiles and new fixtures which include a combination bath tub and shower. 
 
Our Miami Beach each extended stay condos at the Courtyard are offered with free local dialing and free Wi-Fi. The Courtyard has 24 hour surveillance cameras and a secured entry gate.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
