Unit 1536-2 is one of sixteen private vacation rentals Miami apartments located in this histrionic building. South Beach Miami rentals at the Courtyard are built around a tropical oasis of greenery. Unit 1536-2 is a 650 square foot junior two bedroom located on the ground floor. It will sleep up to six people with the use of the futon-sofa in the living room.

Unit 1536-2 was upgraded with new furnishings that include a stylish futon-sofa and coordinating chairs and coffee table.  There is a contemporary dinette set with four chairs and a wall mounted 32” plasma TV with DVD player and a stereo. From the living room there is a door that leads to a den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This second bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The entrance to the fully equipped kitchen is also through this door.

The master bedroom has a new queen-size platform with contemporary night tables and a 32’ wall-mounted, plasma TV. The closet is spacious and has a combination safe so guests can store their valuables. You can access the private terrace through the master bedroom. The bathroom has been redone with designer fixtures that include an Italian shower stall with rainfall shower heads.

South Beach Miami rentals at the Courtyard come with free Wi-Fi Internet and free local dialing.  Guests of our private vacation rentals Miami apartments Courtyard have a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
