These South Beach Miami rentals are within walking distance to the beach and many places of interest. This apartment is located in the South building on the ground floor and was recently redone while maintaining its historic charm. It  has 650 square feet of living space and will sleep six people with the use of the futon-sofa. This unit faces the street and has a small private garden terrace which can be accessed through the bedroom.

Unit 1536-1 has new modern furnishings that include a futon-sofa, coordinating chairs, accent table as well as a dinette set that seats four. For your entertainment there is also a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo. The unit has wood flooring throughout and an old Art Deco faux fireplace in the living room. From a door in the living room you can access a den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. It’s through this second bedroom that you may access the fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a queen-size platform bed, flat screen TV, and spacious closet with an in-room safe. There is a door from this bedroom that leads to the outdoor terrace. The European style bathroom includes a designer vanity and Italian shower stall with rainfall shower head.
